Deployment Doc Chinese Localization Implementation Plan
For Claude: REQUIRED SUB-SKILL: Use superpowers:executing-plans to implement this plan task-by-task.
Goal: Convert the full TMS deployment manual and deployment-related README sections to Chinese while preserving commands, paths, config keys, and interface names.
Architecture: Keep the existing document structure and only localize human-readable prose. Do not change command examples, file paths, YAML keys, API paths, or script names. Limit the scope to docs/deployment/tms-deployment.md and the deployment-related part of README.md.

Task 1: Localize the deployment manual

Step 1: Translate headings and narrative text
Convert the deployment manual to Chinese, preserving commands, paths, config keys, API paths, and script names.
Step 2: Keep structure and examples stable
Do not reorder sections or alter shell/YAML examples except for surrounding explanatory text.
Task 2: Localize deployment-related README content

Step 1: Translate deployment entry and notes
Convert the deployment guide link, Jar deployment section title, and deployment-related notes to Chinese.
Step 2: Avoid unrelated README changes
Keep non-deployment sections as-is.
Task 3: Consistency review

Step 1: Review focused diff
Run: git diff -- README.md docs/deployment/tms-deployment.md
Expected: only prose localization changes.
Step 2: Spot-check for path/config drift
Verify commands, paths, config keys, and script names remain unchanged.
